Membership FAQ
Can I use my credit on any treatment?
Yes — service credits apply to any qualifying treatment across all six categories: Laser & Energy, Facials, Injectables, Hair Restoration, Body, and Vitamin & Wellness.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits (Bronze and Silver) do not roll over — we encourage consistency. Gold Annual credits (12 per year) can be used any time within your annual period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The Gold Annual plan is billed yearly; cancellations are handled case-by-case — contact us directly.
How does the member discount work?
When you book as an active member, let our team know your tier and your discount (20%, 25% or 30%) is applied at checkout. For online bookings it's confirmed on arrival and reflected in your invoice.
